Zoigl-Dunkel | Dunkel | 4.5%

A German-style Dunkles is kind of the Mini-Me to the Doppelbock. It is brewed with the same ingredients, with the same techniques, but just as a more sessionable brew. We made ours with German Munich malt, a splash of Pilsner, Melanoidin, and Carafa II to create the flavor profile we want: maltiness. Not toasty or nutty, not burnt or sickly sweet, just straight up MALT. The hopping is straightforward as well: German Magnum up front and German Hersbrucker as the finishing hop. We hope you enjoy the beauty in simplicity!
