This is Occidental's homage to the delicious ale of Cologne, Germany. Crisp and dry, it is clean and lager-like, with a pleasant, slightly spicy hop profile supplied by German Perle. Very "sessionable."

Hefeweizen

ABV 5.0%

Wheat, Banana, Clove

Made with 70% wheat, lightly hopped with German Hallertauer, it's refreshing and slightly dry with the beguiling banana and clove notes that give away the provenance of the true weizen yeast we use.

Pilsner

ABV 5.0%

Crisp, Classic, Bright

Largely a Bohemian-style pilsner with a bit of a Bavarian pedigree. Crisp, clean and dry. Czech Saaz hops crown this beautiful beer.

Japanese-Style

Dry Lager

ABV 5.0%

Dry, Light, Rice

A tribute to the elegance and simplicity of Japanese brewing traditions. Crafted with precision and a nod to the delicate aromas of rice, this lager embodies the essence of a traditional dry Japanese beer

Altbier

ABV 5.3%

Clean, Amber, Candy

With origins in Dusseldorf, this malt bill is complex, producing a malty, amber beer with a lot of flavor. Saphir hops give it a spicy, noble aroma and delicious hop profile.

Edel-Hell

ABV 5.0%

Delicate, Smooth, Noble

Light and clean with floral and lemony hops giving way to biscuity malt. Tasty especially on a warm day

Our award-winning doppelbock is a rich, malty lager with a perfect balance of caramel, melanoidin, and a touch of roast malt. Its initial, subtle sweetness mellows nicely with subsequent sips, and makes for a nice winter warmer.

Available August Through October

Rich yet quaffable lager in the old tradition of Oktoberfest beers before light colors and flavors began to dominate the style. German noble hops provide a delicate hop character to pair with a firm malt profile featuring Munich and Vienna malts.
